Custom service

SongAngels creates personalized songs based on the information supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate names, pronunciations and story details.

Delivery

Standard Delivery is normally completed within 4 calendar days after successful payment and receipt of complete story details. Priority Delivery, when purchased, is normally completed within 24 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete story details. Delivery may be delayed if information is incomplete, clarification is required, revisions are requested, technical issues occur, or order volume is unusually high.

Revisions

One reasonable revision is included unless a different package states otherwise. A revision is intended for corrections and limited adjustments, not an entirely new concept or story.

Customer content

You confirm that you have the right to submit any text, images, audio or other materials included with an order and that the content does not violate another person's rights.

Acceptable use

Orders may be refused if they contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, deceptive or rights-infringing content.
