SongAngels creates personalized songs based on the information supplied by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing accurate names, pronunciations and story details.

Creative nature of personalized music

Personalized music is a creative service. While SongAngels uses the story, preferences and creative direction you provide, elements such as melody, vocal character, arrangement, production style and emotional response are inherently subjective.

SongAngels cannot guarantee that a finished song will exactly match a specific artist, existing song, reference track or result imagined by the customer. We will, however, use the information provided with your order and the revision included with your purchase to make reasonable adjustments in accordance with our service and Refund Policy.

Delivery

Standard Delivery is normally completed within 48 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete story details. Priority Delivery, when purchased, is normally completed within 12 hours after successful payment and receipt of complete story details. Delivery may be delayed if information is incomplete, clarification is required, revisions are requested, technical issues occur, or order volume is unusually high.

Delivery is considered completed when the finished song, downloadable audio or private listening link is sent to the email address provided with the order or is otherwise made available to the customer through SongAngels.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate email address and for checking spam, junk or promotional folders. If a delivery issue is caused by SongAngels or a SongAngels technical system, we will resend the song or restore access at no additional charge.

Cancellations

Because SongAngels creates custom products, production may begin shortly after successful payment. A cancellation is eligible for a full refund only if the request is received before production has begun. Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be available.

Revisions

Every SongAngels order includes one revision for reasonable adjustments based on the information and creative direction originally submitted. Substantial changes to the recipient, story, occasion or creative direction may be treated as a new order or may require an additional fee.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Every eligible SongAngels order is backed by our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your finished song, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will first use the revision included with your order to make reasonable corrections or improvements. If you remain dissatisfied after the included revision has been completed, you may request a full refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customer content

You confirm that you have the right to submit any text, images, audio or other materials included with an order and that the content does not violate another person's rights.

Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

Your SongAngels purchase includes a personal, non-commercial license to enjoy, download, save, gift and share your finished song with friends and family.

Commercial use, resale, sublicensing, redistribution for profit, paid advertising or other monetized commercial use requires prior written permission from SongAngels.

You retain ownership of the personal stories, memories, names and other original materials you submit. By submitting them, you authorize SongAngels to use those materials as necessary to create, deliver and support your personalized song.

SongAngels retains its applicable rights in the musical production, arrangement, lyrics, recordings and other creative elements created as part of the service, to the extent those rights are owned or legally protectable by SongAngels.

SongAngels will not publicly use your personalized song, story or private materials for advertising or promotional purposes unless you have separately given permission to do so.

Acceptable use

Orders may be refused if they contain unlawful, hateful, threatening, deceptive or rights-infringing content.

Billing and payment disputes

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once or have another billing concern, please contact us first at hello@songangels.com so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

SongAngels may provide relevant order, checkout, payment, delivery and communication records to payment processors or financial institutions when responding to duplicate, fraudulent, abusive or otherwise unfounded payment disputes.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available to you under applicable consumer protection law.
