30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If your finished song does not feel right, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. We will first use the revision included with your order to make reasonable corrections or improvements based on the story and creative direction you originally provided.

To qualify for a refund under our voluntary 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, you must first allow SongAngels a reasonable opportunity to complete the included revision.

If you are still not satisfied after your included revision has been completed, you may request a refund of the amount paid for your eligible SongAngels order.

The 30-day guarantee period begins on the date your finished song is delivered to the email address provided with your order.

Cancellations before delivery

Because every SongAngels order is custom-made, production may begin shortly after successful payment.

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. A full cancellation refund is available only when the cancellation request is received before production has begun.

Once production has begun, cancellation may no longer be available. After a finished song has been delivered, requests are handled under our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee instead.

Express delivery and keepsake lyrics

Express delivery (included in the Premium Express package) is an expedited service. The express portion of the package price ($30) becomes non-refundable once priority production has begun or the expedited service has been performed.

Keepsake Lyrics (included in the Gift Bundle and Premium Express packages) is created specifically for your order. The keepsake lyrics portion of the package price ($20) becomes non-refundable once the customized lyrics PDF has been created or delivered.

These limitations do not apply if SongAngels is unable to provide the Priority Delivery service or add-on that you purchased.

Revisions and corrections

Every SongAngels order includes one revision.

The included revision is intended for reasonable adjustments such as lyrics, wording, pronunciation, story accuracy or other details based on the information originally submitted with your order.

Requests that substantially change the original order, including a new recipient, different story, different occasion, major change in musical direction or an entirely new concept, may be treated as a new order or may require an additional fee.

Customer-provided information

Your personalized song is created from the information you provide. You are responsible for reviewing names, pronunciations, memories, relationships and other important details before completing your order.

If an issue results from incorrect, incomplete or misspelled information submitted with the original order, SongAngels will make reasonable efforts to correct it through the included revision. Significant changes to information originally provided may require additional work.

How to request a refund

To request assistance under our guarantee, email hello@songangels.com within 30 calendar days of delivery.

Please include the email address used for your order or your order number, along with a brief description of what you would like us to improve.

Refund processing

If you remain dissatisfied after the included revision and your request qualifies under this policy, SongAngels will issue a refund of the eligible amount paid for your order to the original payment method.

Once a refund has been issued by SongAngels, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

After a refund

If a full refund is issued, the personal license granted to use the refunded SongAngels song ends. Private listening access may be disabled, and the refunded song should no longer be used, distributed, published or shared.

Technical delivery problems

If an audio file, lyric file or private listening link is missing, damaged or inaccessible, please contact us. We will repair, replace or resend the affected item at no additional charge.

If SongAngels is unable to deliver the purchased song or provide a working replacement, you will receive a full refund.

Fair use of the guarantee

Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee is designed to protect genuine customers who are not satisfied with their SongAngels experience.

SongAngels may decline a request where there is reasonable evidence of fraud, duplicate or repeated abusive refund claims, misuse of the service, a refund that has already been issued, or an attempt to obtain or continue using SongAngels products without payment.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
