Customer Stories, Audio and Submitted Media

When you place an order with SongAngels, we may collect the information you provide about the recipient, your memories, stories, song preferences and other details necessary to create your personalized song.

We may also receive photographs, audio files, reaction videos or other media that you voluntarily submit through our website.

How Submitted Media Is Used

Submitted media may be used to provide our services, process your order, provide customer support, review reaction submissions and administer promotional programs.

We will only use submitted reaction media for promotional or marketing purposes where permitted under the applicable Media Release or other permission provided to SongAngels.

Cloud Storage

Certain files, including personalized songs and submitted reaction media, may be stored using third-party cloud infrastructure. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect these files and restrict unauthorized access.
